  • Develop reports, dashboards and perform ad-hoc queries as required using the appropriate reporting technologies
  • Interpret and make use of data to help Advisor Service Centre and other business units
  • Conduct data analytics using SQL and data profiling tools like PowerBI to visualize data and support decision-making
  • Proactively identify, recommend and deliver automated and innovative reporting that is both effective and introduces efficiencies in process, where able
  • Understand how systems are used by operational teams in ways that impact data and identify data dependencies
  • Partner to assess key business processes, define, prioritize and solve problems that improve operational efficiency and deliver meaningful and measurable value to our business
  • Work on special projects related to wealth management, such as process improvement initiatives, account opening and maintenance, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including training, service and operations, to ensure project success and timely delivery
  • Communicate project updates and results to management and stakeholders
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments related to wealth management, analytics and change management and apply this knowledge to enhance our operations and services.
